Terms and Conditions

1. If the bilty returns back, the whole expenses shall be borne by the customer and further goods will not be sent without advance payment.
2. Goods will be booked against V.P.L or Bank Bilty.
3. 0.5% (Half percent) will be charged for packing, despatching and forwarding the goods through Railway or Transport.
4. Right to change the terms and conditions is reserved with the Publishers.
5. No information in advance for changing the price of the books will be provided.
6. Payment should not be given to our representative without company receipt otherwise we will not be responsible.
7. Only those books will be sent which are available. The order will not be detained for nonavailability of books and those ordered books will not be supplied without further information/intimation from the party.
8. All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
9. Our trade discount is 20% only.
10. We will accept only 10% return of the total quantity of goods supplied and we will not be responsible for excess of this quantity.

2. Payment to be made through Demand Draft (D.D) / RTGS / NEFT.
